Data deletion
If you messaged a business on WhatsApp, and that business uses the messaging software from Symbiotic Labs LLC (“Symbiotic Labs”, “we”), you can have your data deleted in either of two ways.
1. In the chat
Send “DELETE MY DATA” to the business’s WhatsApp number. The software deletes your name, number, messages and intake answers within 3 days. It confirms the deletion in the chat.
2. By email
Write to hello@symbiotic.build from any address. Give the business’s name and the phone number you used on WhatsApp. We delete your data within 3 days. We confirm by email once the deletion is done.
What we keep
We keep only counts that cannot identify you, such as how many enquiries a business received in a month.
