Messaging terms
These terms cover the customer-messaging software that Symbiotic Labs LLC (“Symbiotic Labs”, “we”) provides to businesses, which they connect to their WhatsApp Business number, Instagram account or Facebook Page. Our website has its own terms.
Businesses we serve
A separate written agreement with each business governs the software, its fees and our data processing for that business. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
People messaging a business
Automated replies come from the business’s assistant. They are general information, not legal or immigration advice. A person from the business can take over at any time: ask for “human” in the chat. The business is responsible for its services and advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam or unlawful content. Do not use it to message people who have not contacted the business or agreed to hear from it. Businesses must follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies and Meta’s policies for Instagram and Messenger messaging.
No warranty
We provide the software as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Symbiotic Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to a business is limited as set out in its agreement.
Privacy
The messaging privacy policy explains what the software processes and why, and the data deletion page explains how to have your data deleted.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
Law
Wyoming law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
